To have Stevens & Legal form your LLC, complete the below form and submit it to us. Once received, we will submit your articles of organization to the State of Oregon (this service is only available in the Beaver State). We will also contact you to sign an FSS4 form to allow us to obtain the EIN, and we will also invoice you for this service. It typically takes about one business day to receive the articles back from the state. Mondays take longer, as the state is processing all of the registrations from the weekend.
