To sign up, simply complete the below form and submit it to us. Once received, we will send you a service agreement to e-sign and an invoice you can pay online, or you can mail your payment to the firm. This may take up to one business day.

Meanwhile, if you are in the process of registering your entity* with the Oregon Secretary of State, select entity of record and then enter the Stevens & Legal registry number: 117078493

Then enter the address: 1915 NE Stucki Avenue, Suite 308, Hillsboro, OR 97006
​
If you are signing up for the privacy package, you can then use that same address for any of the other addresses requested by the Oregon Sec. of State.

If you have an existing entity, we will send an information change to the Secretary of State to complete that process. If you have questions, just give us a call.

Once you send in the information below, you are all set to list the firm with the state.

Note, if you list us as your registered agent, you are agreeing to pay the associated charges. Failure to notify us of this usage will lead to a letter to the Secretary of State noting no permission was obtained. This in turn will result in you lacking a registered agent, as the State will remove Stevens & Legal from your listing. This does not limit our other legal options, including theft of services. Lastly, all of the listings are public record, and are searched weekly by us to ensure all listings are accurate and we are only listed for those entities that have registered with the firm.
