Tualatin

 

 

 

Tualatin is of course on the Tualatin River, actually at the place where the river leaves the county. The city also bleeds into Clackamas County on the east side of Interstate 5 where Tualatin meets Lake Oswego and where Legacy Meridian Park Hospital is located. Rivergrove is across the river from Tualatin on the east side of I-5.

 

The city has also reached well to the west where it now meets Oregon 99W near Sherwood as it has looked to expand employment options with large retail centers near Interstate 5 and corporate parks along Tualatin-Sherwood Road. Meanwhile, housing continues to grow south towards Wilsonville. Tualatin also for some reason has a cluster of knife companies, such as Kershaw Knives, Al Mar Knives, and Columbia River Knife & Tool.
