Manning

 

 

 

Manning is mainly known for its Dairy Queen along U.S. 26 that is often a pit stop on the way back from the coast to Hillsboro or Bethany. There is also a small store, an ODOT maintenance office, and other various businesses that spring up from time to time. Located along the West Fork of Dairy Creek, there is also a bus stop and trailhead for the Banks-Vernonia State Trail. Lastly, like nearby Buxton, there used to be a post office.
