Progress largely exists only on maps and a few road signs. Long ago it was its own little community, but with Oregon 217 running next to it at Hall Boulevard, it slowly was absorbed into Beaverton and Tigard. Neighboring Garden Home and Metzger will soon enough have the same fate.
