Cedar Mill

 

 

 

Commonly confused with nearby Cedar Hills, Cedar Mill is the Cedar north of U.S. 26 centered around Cornell, Barnes, and Murray. This census designated place has about 15,000 residents and is home to Sunset High School, the corporate headquarters for Columbia Sportswear, and its own community operated library. That library also operates the one in neighboring Bethany. The area is named after an old logging mill that used Cedar Mill Falls for power. Beaverton will likely annex the area in due time.
